[Reader Poll] Help! What Would YOU Like to See More of?

Tuesday, August 30, 2016

First of all, I wanted to thank you all SO much for your sweet comments on my four year blogiversary post last week. I loved reading them all and literally wish I could have given you ALL a $10 gift card to Target and a $10 gift card to Starbucks! (ps I responded to as many comments as I could but a lot of you were "no-reply commenters" so I couldn't email back! If you're not sure if you're a "no-reply commenter", check out this super simple tutorial that my friend Beth put together! I'd love to be able to email you back if you leave a comment for me!)

Speaking of gift cards though... a big congratulations to Sonia P. on winning the gift cards! I hope you enjoy a little shopping and some coffee on me! :)

As a side note to that post, I thought I would do my first ever ask the reader type post. I've always been the type that just posts about whatever I want to post about. And while this is my blog and I will never post about anything that I don't think fits in with my blog style and genre, I thought I would ask you all, the readers, to see if there's anything specific you would like me to post more about or a topic that I've never covered that you might be interested in.

For example...
Do you want more recipe posts?
Do you want more updates on Mason and his autism diagnosis?
Do you want to see more fashion type posts like my Stitch Fix posts?
Do you want more Day in the Life type posts?
Do you want more weekend recaps?
Do you want me to do a post where you ask questions and I answer them?

What would you like to see more of? Or do you like the variety that I already have? Leave me a comment and let me know. Maybe you have a topic that you'd love me to write on that I hadn't thought of before or a topic that I could expand a little more on. If I can, I'd love to cater some posts to topics that you'd like to hear more about!

Thank you all for supporting me and my blog over the past four years!

  5. Honestly, I love what you post. There's a handful of blogs that I always read, and yours is one of them, so I think you're doing great :) That said, I do like your Stitch Fix posts; those are always fun to read!

  6. I love that your blog is you. If I can be totally honest, blogs seem so much more "real" when when you're writing about what you want to write about as opposed to what other people are telling you to write about. And, the style and topics of your blog are you, which is perfect!!

  17. I love your space and have nothing to add to it. I think you have a great balance and as always, I'm a fan of your "life" posts because that's what I relate to most.

  18. I love your posts! The only thing I never read (on anyone's blog not just yours) is recipe posts, but I think I'm in the minority there.

  19. Not that you are doing it, but the thing that stops me from reading is when bloggers blog just to blog. Only post if you feel like it. I hate the forced posts.
