For our one year anniversary (November 7, 2011), we did a trash the dress session with our photographer, Jenny Mason. It wasn't something that I had always wanted to do, but once I stumbled across the idea, I loved it! The funny thing is though... I had already sent my dress away to have it cleaned and boxed up so I could keep it as a keepsake. Oh how plans change.
I opened the box, had the dress altered (oops it didn't fit anymore, but just by a little!), and we booked our session. It was shortly after our one year anniversary in November 2011 that we met our photographer at the beach one Friday night and then... the very next morning I found out I was pregnant with Mason (and all of a sudden the reason the dress didn't fit made sense! LOL!)
This is my exact wedding dress and these are my exact wedding shoes (pink Converse!) and Seth's exact wedding shoes (also Converse!). This is not what he wore in our wedding though, he rented a tux.
