Halloween!

Halloween was almost as fun as I thought it would be! I got to dress Mason up to go to daycare in his "my 1st Halloween" onesie. SO CUTE. When I dropped him off in the morning, Luz had decorated for Halloween. It looked so cute. She had gotten Halloween balloons and had gotten each of the kids a little Halloween bag with goodies. They also had a little party and dressed up during the day.

Traffic was horrendous on the way home from work. Luckily, Seth got off early and picked up Mason and brought him over to Bubbe's house (Mason's great grandma) as a surprise. They only stayed for a little while and then Seth took Mason home to get him ready to go to George and Judy's house for trick or treating. I FIIIIIINALLY got home after an hour and 15 min (what should have taken me 30-40 min normally or 20 min without traffic). Seth had Mason all ready so I just quickly go my stuff together and we were on our way...to sit in more traffic...and finally to George and Judy's. We got there, had dinner, and had intentions of taking Mason trick or treating when he decided he wanted to eat and we decided it might be too cold anyways. So we fed him and then Nanny (Seth's mom) got to play with him. Halloween is also her birthday so it was nice that she got to spend some time alone with him. Everyone got back from trick or treating and we celebrated Nanny's birthday a little and then we had to go home. It was wayyyyy past Mason's bed time and he was starting to have a meltdown. As you can see in the last picture, he was done for the night :) Overall, it was a great first Halloween! Holidays are so much more fun with kids. Can't wait until next year!

Now on to the next holiday! I am so excited to dress him up for Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, and Christmas! Poor kid. LOL.
