Back to (pre)school style

Thursday, August 28, 2014

Mason is starting preschool next week (more on this later... also cue mommy freaking out!!!) and so I thought it would be fun to post a little back-to-school (so to speak) post about what Mason might wear to school during the Fall.

Old Navy is my go-to clothes store for most of Mason's clothes (well old navy.com) so all of these choices are from there. I like to keep his style casual but cute and practical for a two year old boy with a lot of energy.

What is your favorite store to shop for your little one?

  1. That and finding stuff at Gap on super sale are our go-tos for our boys. We have the Gap Visa & the rewards really come in handy to buy more clothes for the ever growing boys!

  2. He is?! Oh my gosh, he will love it! Mia goes to nursery every Sunday during church and she loves it! I so wish I could put her in a pre school or something, just once or twice a week for an hour or two, I know she'd love it! But my tiny town doesn't offer anything for kids under 3... not even a dance class (cue mommy tears! I'm DYING to put her in dance class!)

  3. ooh I take that back about sweaters being the only thing in the closet...anything plaid/flannel/whatever you call it can be there too. It is my most fave thing ever, but on everybody.

  4. I think Connor and Mason could trade closets and have the exact same wardrobe. Great style! ;)

  6. I cannot believe Mason is going to be heading off to preschool. Whaaaaat?!
Old Navy has really stepped up its game recently. Their clothes, as of late, have been awesome. Loving everything you've picked out! Now, if only the weather around these parts would cooperate and actually bring us some Fall-like weather!

  7. Love all the navy blue...I tend towards that color too. I really need to shop at Old Navy more, but I get sucked in to all the cute etsy shops and GAP sales!

  9. I think Old Navy is calling my name. We’ve never really shopped there for Mason, but I think we will start. Children’s Place has been our go to…but their stuff isn’t the same anymore. Everything is character driven now. Just not our thing! I love all of these you posted!
